Senior Portraits I believe that everyone deserves great looking pictures of themselves. You are a unique individual and your senior portrait should tailored to your style and personality. Many photography studios are what I call portrait mills: they rush as many seniors as they can through the studio each day. You will find nothing like that here. I do not charge by the hour and I will not rush you. I believe that portrait photography should be a collaboration between the photographer and the subject that results in unique photos which show your individuality. I do have a small studio available but I prefer to work on location. No backdrop is as visually interesting as a real place. I have a wide variety of locations that I am continually adding too. My senior picture package includes: ~ An initial meeting to discuss scheduling, location, and outfits. I charge a non-refundable reservation fee of 20% of the total invoice to schedule a shoot at this time. This fee covers my pre-production planning and location scouting. There is no penalty if we have to reschedule due to bad weather. ~ A photoshoot at up to three location with an unlimited (within reason) number of looks and shots. We will keep going until we are both satisfied with the results. ~ Additional shooting days may be added for an additional fee. ~ I will carefully go through all of the images to select and retouch the cream of the crop; typically between 20 and 30 total. Many photographers charge for retouching each image but I believe that the editing process is almost as important as the photography process so I include it. ~ I provide online proofing and printing through this website. About a week after we shoot I will upload the keepers to a hidden gallery and email you the link so you can access them. ~ Many photographers charge an outrageous amount for prints but you will find my printing costs to be quite reasonable. Print prices will remain fixed for that year as well. ~ The total cost is $200 ~ I offer a discount for couples who want to take their senior pictures at the same time. I accept cash, checks, and PayPal for services. My printing service takes all major credit cards. All prices and services are subject to change.
